TRAINING & ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT SERVICES
“Partners in Learning” Service

Outside of attending our public seminars, MEA members have been looking to MEA more and more for our expertise in customized training, professional and leadership development, curriculum design, and organizational development. In order to better serve the needs of our members, we have launched our “Partners in Learning” Service.  For a cost-effective fee, members can partner with MEA for their professional development and education needs.  An MEA professional will conduct a comprehensive needs analysis to identify gaps in performance and recommend, design, and deliver courses or entire programs to staff at our members’ place of business.  Our partnership is customized to our members’ needs; therefore, members can use all or only part of the services we offer in our “Partners in Learning” program.  After completion of the needs analysis phase, MEA will generate a proposal of our services.  Members can call upon us for the following needs:

  • Outsourcing all of Training & Development – MEA can assess, design, deliver, and evaluate all courses and programs for member staff (front-line staff, supervisor, leadership and executive leadership) on an on-going basis.
  •  Auditing & Assisting with Existing Training & Development – MEA can audit and evaluate and make recommended changes to member’s existing Training function.
  • Curriculum Design – MEA can work with subject matter experts within member organizations to create both classroom and online training that can be delivered by MEA or by member’s training staff.
  • Course Delivery – MEA can deliver existing courses at member’s facility after analysis and customization of materials based on audience.
  • New-Hire Program – MEA can develop member new-hire training programs or orientation for classroom or online (self-paced) environment.
  • Organizational Development – MEA can assess and make organizational recommendations due to restructuring, merger situations, or performance gaps.

If your organization is interested in our “Partners in Learning” Service, please contact Clara Console, Director of Training and Organizational Development Solutions at MEA at 610-666-7330, ext/ 136.  We look forward to partnering with you!
