Whether or not you have a current relationship with an attorney, the MEA Legaline is your best option for a first impression on legal matters.  Phone consultations are included as part of your membership dues.  You pay nothing over and above your dues for advice that can be handled via a phone conversation.  For more complex matters, MEA members receive a 20 percent discount on hourly rates.
