The MidAtlantic Employers' Association (MEA) is a proactive and dynamic organization. MEA has been the premier choice of employers for services to build superior employer-employee relations for over a century. Since its inception in 1903, MEA has grown and expanded to meet the changing needs of employers and currently provides services to over 800 member companies.

Human Resources - our HR experts can assist you with all issues related to employer employee relations from employee handbooks to recruitment and background/reference checking to compensation programs, performance management services, and employee opinion surveys.
Training and Development - Comprehensive offerings of public seminars to train and develop your employees. We also provide customized on-site training, certificate series, in several disciplines, briefings and seminars, and executive level roundtables.

Companies that choose to become members of MEA are entitled to certain benefits at no cost and discounts on the services provided by MEA. Non-member companies are welcome to purchase services and participate in programs at a non-member rate.
